A Possible New Record For Largest Freshwater Fish Landed By A Woman

Linda has just returned from a fishing trip to the River Segre in Spain fishing for catfish and boy did Linda catch a catfish, a Wells Catfish weighing in at 209lb. This may well be a record for a freshwater fish landed by a female angler and certainly one of the largest if not the largest caught by a lady angler on the Segre! Keep watching this space to find out what tactics Linda used to hook this beast and exactly how long it took her to land it. As soon as Linda's arm stops aching she has promised to provide a blow by painful blow account of how she tamed this beast.
